Who operates the app

Future Developments s.r.o. operates Future Developments Ads API, a business integration for managing advertising and reporting through Meta services. This policy covers data accessed through this app, including work for businesses that authorize us to manage their assets. Contact us at info@malafirmicka.cz.

For a client’s advertising and lead records, the client determines the purpose of processing and we act on its instructions. The client’s own privacy notice also applies. For our own business administration and privacy enquiries, Future Developments s.r.o. is responsible for the processing.

Data the app processes

The data available depends on the permissions granted and the connected business assets. It may include:

  • Business, ad-account, Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers, names and configuration information.
  • Campaigns, ad sets, ads, creative content, budgets, delivery status and performance statistics such as impressions, clicks, spend and conversions.
  • Where lead access is authorized, the information a person submits in a Meta lead form, such as their name, contact details and form answers.
  • Access tokens and permission information needed to connect to Meta, together with technical records needed to operate and troubleshoot the integration.

An authorization does not give the app unrestricted access to a person’s Facebook or Instagram account. We process data within the permissions and business instructions that apply.

How and why data is used

We use the data to create and manage authorized advertising, monitor delivery, prepare performance reports, troubleshoot integration problems and, where authorized, deliver and manage enquiries for the business that collected them. Privacy-request information is used to identify relevant records and respond to the request.

The applicable legal basis depends on the activity: providing contracted services, legitimate interests in administering and securing business operations, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. The business collecting a lead is responsible for explaining the legal basis for that collection and subsequent contact. Granting a Meta permission does not replace any consent required by law.

Recipients and service providers

Data is available to authorized people working on the relevant business account and to service providers needed for hosting, reporting, automation or customer-relationship management, within the scope of the service. Advertising changes and API requests are sent to Meta. Client data is handled for that client’s purposes; it is not offered for sale.

Where processing involves a provider outside the European Economic Area, the applicable transfer safeguards must be in place, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your data. Meta’s own processing is described in its privacy policy.

Retention and access

Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the authorized service, troubleshooting, or applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the client’s instructions. Data that is no longer needed must be deleted or anonymized; a legal requirement to retain specific records may limit immediate deletion. Access is restricted to authorized people and systems that need it for the service.

Removing the app’s authorization stops future access through that authorization. It does not automatically erase records already transferred to a client’s systems. Use the deletion process below for those records.

Request deletion of your data

You can request deletion without creating an account or signing in to this website.

  1. Email info@malafirmicka.cz with the subject “Future Developments Ads API — data deletion”.
  2. Identify the relevant business or Facebook Page and the email address or other identifier used in your enquiry. An approximate submission date can help us locate the record.
  3. Tell us which data you want deleted. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents or medical information.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request. We will confirm the outcome or explain any lawful retention requirement. If a client controls the records, we will coordinate the request with that client or identify the appropriate contact. You may also contact the business whose advertisement or form you used directly.

For requests governed by the GDPR, we respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If an extension is permitted and necessary, we explain it within that first month.

Business administrators can also remove the app from the relevant Meta business integrations or business settings to revoke access. Deleting app data does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account or data independently held by Meta.

Your other rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@malafirmicka.cz. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) or your local supervisory authority.
