Who operates these integrations
Future Developments s.r.o., operating as Little Marketing Company (Malá Firmička in Czech), provides the Google integrations described here. This policy covers Google account data used by Odpovídáme.cz and VidFreak. Contact us at info@malafirmicka.cz.
The disclosures below apply to the Google connection. Odpovídáme’s product policies, linked below, also apply to its service. Website cookies are described separately in our website privacy notice.
Which Google data each product uses
Odpovídáme.cz — Google Business Profile
Odpovídáme connects a business profile you are authorized to manage. It uses your Google account identifier and email address to identify the account granting access, then reads available business accounts and locations so you can select your business. Your Google account can differ from the email used to sign in to Odpovídáme.
The integration reads business profile identifiers and names, reviews, ratings, reviewer names, timestamps and existing replies. It uses these to display reviews, prepare reply drafts and publish the replies you approve. An owner can explicitly enable automatic replies under the product’s settings. The business-management permission allows these actions on connected profiles.
To generate a requested AI reply draft, Odpovídáme sends the review text and rating, business name, style instructions and examples of approved replies to Anthropic. Personal data can appear in the review text. Its privacy policy explains the processing, providers and retention in detail; its terms describe service and account responsibilities.
VidFreak — YouTube channel management
VidFreak is a studio producing and publishing documentary and animated explainer videos on its own YouTube channels. Its channel-management integration uses YouTube API Services for authorized channel, video and caption management. It accesses channel identifiers and titles, video identifiers, publishing metadata, processing and privacy status, and caption-track metadata. Owner-authorized reporting uses channel analytics such as watch time.
VidFreak uses its connection for the channel-management and reporting features described here. Odpovídáme uses its connection for Business Profile features. Learn about the studio on the VidFreak website.
Authorization and stored access information
You choose the Google account and approve permissions on Google’s own authorization page. We do not ask for your Google password. The available data and actions depend on those permissions and the accounts or assets you are entitled to manage.
The integration stores connection identifiers, permission information and access or refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection. Product records and technical logs support the selected service, account security and troubleshooting. A connection is used for the purposes explained by that product.
Use, sharing and Google’s Limited Use requirements
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google data is used to provide the authorized integration. Sharing for that service, security or legal requirements, and access by people working on it, must remain within the permissions and limitations of that policy. Odpovídáme’s privacy notice identifies its service providers and AI processing. Google’s own processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Security and retention
Access to connection information and product records is restricted to authorized people and systems that need it for the service. Odpovídáme’s privacy policy describes its safeguards and how long it keeps different records. This company notice does not change those retention periods.
For Odpovídáme, disconnecting a location removes its stored reviews and related reply history. This does not delete the public reviews or replies already held by Google. Account, billing and other records remain subject to the product’s separate retention rules.
VidFreak storage and retention
VidFreak keeps OAuth refresh grants and channel-connection identifiers in restricted operations storage and, for website reporting, in its hosting configuration at Vercel. Channel-management operations create local API readbacks and publishing records. Authorized daily reports are sent through Forpsi to the channel operator’s email account; retained reports are another copy of the reporting data.
We retain connection records only while authorization and their service purpose remain active. We periodically reconfirm stored grants and investigate a confirmed invalid grant. Temporary provider, network or configuration errors are not treated as revocation. Non-statistical YouTube API records, including video and caption metadata and processing/privacy readbacks, are refreshed or deleted within thirty calendar days. Statistics are retained only for the authorized reporting purpose, with authorization and continued availability checked at least every thirty days.
Our deletion procedure identifies the affected consent and removes its stored API data and grants from applicable local records, hosting configuration, retained reports and other copies we control. Historical Git or deployment copies, exports and archives are included where they contain the affected API data; deletion is not complete merely because the current connection was removed. Original authored videos, artwork, scripts and captions are separate production material. Deleting API records does not delete that material or content already published on YouTube.
Revoke access or request deletion
You can revoke access in your Google account permissions. Removing Malá Firmička’s access there may also disconnect other products using the same Google account. Odpovídáme’s own location-disconnect action removes that product’s connection. Revocation does not itself delete content already published to Google or every record held by a product.
To ask about your data or request its deletion, email info@malafirmicka.cz and name the product, Google account email, and relevant business or channel. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your request and will explain any applicable legal retention requirement.
VidFreak deletion and revocation
For a VidFreak deletion or account-removal request, we delete the affected stored user/API data as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. If you ask us to revoke the integration through our service, we communicate revocation to Google immediately and delete the Authorized Data obtained under that consent within seven calendar days.
If you revoke access through Google’s security settings, we stop using the affected authorization and delete API data obtained under it as soon as possible and within thirty calendar days of revocation. We periodically check whether grants can still be refreshed; discovering an invalid grant does not start a new thirty-day period. A shared-app revocation can affect other connected products, so we check its scope and preserve unrelated active grants.
We handle deletion through a supervised procedure and verify the affected storage locations. An incomplete action remains open for follow-up. Our local cleanup does not itself revoke Google’s token or delete videos and captions on YouTube; provider revocation and deletion of stored data are separate steps.
