Google integrations: terms of use

Scope and operator

Future Developments s.r.o., operating as Little Marketing Company (Malá Firmička in Czech), provides the Google connections described on this page. These terms cover Google authorization and use of the connected integration in Odpovídáme.cz or VidFreak. Contact: info@malafirmicka.cz.

Odpovídáme’s terms of service govern its service, subscription and account. This page does not create a separate subscription or change those commercial terms.

Connect an account you are authorized to manage

Use a Google account that can manage the business profile or YouTube channel you intend to connect. Review the permissions shown by Google before granting access. You are responsible for having the rights needed to manage the asset and publish the content you submit.

Your product login email does not have to match that Google account. Google authorization confirms the Google account’s access; it does not transfer ownership of the business profile or channel. Do not send us your Google password or access tokens.

Actions performed by each integration

Odpovídáme uses Google Business Profile access to connect the selected business, read reviews and prepare or publish replies. Review AI drafts for accuracy before approving them. Automatic publishing follows the product’s rules only after an owner explicitly enables it. Its service terms govern payment and when the service is available.

VidFreak uses YouTube API Services for authorized channel, video and caption management, with owner-authorized reporting. Channel administrators retain responsibility for the videos, captions, metadata and other content they authorize for publication.

Google and YouTube terms

Use of Google services remains subject to the applicable Google Terms of Service and product rules. By using VidFreak’s YouTube API features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Our handling of Google account data is explained in the Google integration privacy policy, together with Odpovídáme’s product privacy notice for that service. Google’s own processing is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoke a connection

You can revoke authorization through your Google account permissions. Removing Malá Firmička’s access may also disconnect other products using the same Google account. Odpovídáme’s own location-disconnect action removes its product connection. Features depending on Google access stop working when their authorization is removed or expires.

Revocation does not cancel a paid product subscription or remove content already published to Google or YouTube. Use the product’s billing controls to cancel a subscription, and the privacy request process to ask about deletion of stored data.
